New here looking for advice

Hello everyone! I recently aquired 1.67 acres in St.Clairsville with mineral rights. I am not sure where to even being to see about leasing them. Some people say to wait and be approached while others say you need to get on the ball yourself to get it done.

 

Any suggestions on where to even begin in all of this?
