Has anyone been contacted by Potomac Mineral Group about leasing or buying minerals? They sent out unsigned leases to each of my family members. They never contacted anybody by phone. They are interested in leasing our land in Union Twp.Their office is in Pittsburgh. They are offering $1500/acre. Is this about what leases are going for in this area now?
