Property attorney
Does anyone recommend an attorney that deals with property damage from the coal mining going on in Belmont. ODNR is no help. They mostly side with anything the coal company says.

Go to Lawriter, Ohio Revised Code and look at the ODNR laws. Find the one that applies to your situation then write to the ODNR Director, and atty general if the laws aren't being enforced.
Also being able to quote the laws violated will give you something to talk about with prospective lawyers. You'll know which lawyer to hire based on their responses to your statements as well as questions.
