Hi Ryan,

I initiated the thread pertaining to the Great River Leases in Belmont County that have never received their bonus payment. Some of us are filing affidavits to remove Great River as holders of a lease on our properties since their time to honor their contract obligations has expired. What is worse, there is now a wall of silence surrounding Great River and the signing company that they are working through.

I have the impression that most of us want to lease, but wish to retain our mineral rights.

Are you interested in working with those of us in this situation?

how much. are your companies leasing or only buying??
