cogan station pa royalties

when can i expect royalties in cogan station pa wells are going in all around my land and im signed with cheif but heard they were bought out by exco. What is the per acre money to expect when they go under your land. Thanks

This is all outlined in your lease as to what royalty percentage you will receive. You would also have received notification if you are included in a unit and what percentage of the unit your land is. Figuring a per acre payment is dependent on so many variables it's hard to make a fair guess.

Check the court house for your property, most of Lycoming county leases were sold by Chief to Excor Resources but your original lease is still valid of course.
