Other than their vertical well in Faragut, anyone here know of any other activity they have in Lycoming County? Our property is more than half way through a 5 yr lease. Tic-toc, tic-toc.

Looks like most of their activity is in Washington County the past year. They have a few more permits issed in Lycoming County, but none issued during 2010. Overall, looks like they have around 25 drilling permits issued. There were 2 more permits issued (Nature Boy) for Lycoming County but they expired in the past week. Being a smaller company, it looks like they moved to the "wet" gas area and where the infrastructure was in place to start getting some cash back.
Thanks for your reply, Matt. I was forwarded an email about a month back that was from Toby Rice saying they definitely haven't given up on this area and that they'd be making an announcement soon. Well, nothing yet on that. Two plus years is still a lot of time to see things happening. I'm starting to suspect they will sell their acreage to the big boys such as Anadarko or Chief rather than watch their investment trickle through the hourglass.
Two years ago they approached me about selling a right away for pipeline between two propertysthat they had leases on i refused there offer I thought that iut was too low. they called one year latter with the  same and I said no change havnt heard any thing back. I  located about two miles from there well in faragut
