I live on 14 acres in Loyalsock Township (Log Run Road) and G-Veritas met with us a couple months ago, as they said they would be coming through to do some seismic testing.  We haven't seen them yet but I assume they will arrive whenever they finish up whatever they are currently working on.  Although no one has a crystal ball, does anyone have a hunch as to when a well may be drilled in the area, brought online and connected to a pipeline and I would actually see some income?  We are only about a half-mile from the Transco pipeline.  Logistically and as far as the infrastructure goes, we seem to be in a good place.  I'm just curious about a timeline as to when this will all come together.  3 years?  5 years?  10?

Update (belated)---I called Range a few months ago and they said they are busy right now tying up land where the leases are due to expire soon.  Nothing in the immediate future here, they said.  There is a compressor station (I think) going in right now along the Transco pipeline (you can see it from Route 15 or Lycoming Creek Road) and I see the pipeline work going on out on Route 973E.  I think the leases around me were signed in late 2007/early 2008, so I don't expect anything here soon.  I won't count my chickens...
