As your local landowners group we continue to keep our fingers on the pulse of the drilling and leasing activity that is making its way towards us. We continue to patiently and steadily strive to build contigous units in every twp we serve in Geauga, Ashtabula and Trumbull Counties. We continue to educate landowners in the value of researching and clearing their titles of old leases. We will never set a deadline we can't meet. Our goal is simple and straight forward : A  quality lease, superior bonus and royalties, and 0% commision from the landowners. All for only a $60 membership fee to join your neighbors in our database.
