What's unleased property go for an acre in Ashtabula Co?

We've sold some tracts for $3000-3500 an acre.  There are some more expensive parcels for sale.  It depends on the location and land use too.

We've had buyers here and there over the past few months. Some people are still looking for land with the mineral rights. Investors, hunters, etc. We've had a variety of people looking. How many acres do you have?

Hi there Jackie.  I actually have 30+ acres in Denmark Twp and 35 acres in Sheffield Twp that I would like to sell the minerals on.  Any ideas on who I can call?  Thanks for the help!
