Freedom Pa, Beaver County

Does anyone know if there is any action in Freedom Pa. Beaer County?  I have around 100 acres of vacant land.  This is all new to me and I am just researching my options.  I would be interested in leasing but not sure who to contact.  Thank You

Have you heard of Northeast Natural Resource Advisory Board? They specialize in representing the individual land owner and help you get out of/restructure/or set up a new gas lease for your land.
