Received offer to buy your oil and gas rights?

Has anyone else received a letter from Energy Deep Resources offering to buy 1/2 of the oil and gas rights?  They offered me $150,000 for our 100 acres.  Not planning on going for it.

Most of the offers we got seemed open to negotiation, some were take it or leave it, some stated 1/2 of all mineral rights was the minimum, some said 40% was their minimum. Most of the offers were worded in a way to make it seem selling was the only safe thing to do because your land might never get drilled or the well would be bad, and then you'd have nothing. I didn't care for the veiled threat! 

Any investment group worth dealing with will be willing to negotiate, so you could at least try!

More the reason to be very wary of them....and perhaps optimistic about getting drilled and getting royalties!

Well, unless you have a vertical Pugh Clause, you are HBP as soon as they put your acreage into a Utica unit.
