Seismic by Seitel is being done for CHK

My neighbor got a letter from CHK stating that Seitel is doing seismic for CHK..anyone else get the letter? I had heard they were doing it for RRC.

I met with - and signed with Seitel. My lease is with CHK.

I was initially lead to believe they were working on their own with no connections to the gas drilling companies. Up to the point when I asked about the information they would obtain. When I saw the "pictures" of rock layer, I asked for the agreement to provide me, the owner a copy of the data. Regardless if I could read it, I wanted it. That is when we got into my gas lease, and he produced the letter. Seitel is absolutely working for the gas companies. He was not sure if I could have dated from my on property! We haven't talked since.
