Just wondering does anyone know the "average" time frame between the end of seismic testing, and the possibility of the actual constructions of the pad, the well, etc.?

Seismic testing went through my area in the fall of 2012. I've been leased since the Fall of 2011. Not drilled or in a unit yet. Not sure there is any correllation between the two. The impending end of your lease probably has more of an impact , idk.

What township Are you in, Trapper?

Jason I am just across the line in New Beaver , Lawrence County. Big Beaver ,Beaver County is our neighboring Beaver County twp. Chk does have the Wall site a tad over a mile from me. I am leased to Shell.

I'd imagine when they announce that new cracker plant officially being built - they'll move to drill you.
You're in a great spot - lots of wet gas.
You're also approaching 2 years left on your lease. If they let you go - you're in the drivers seat to renegotiate.
Keeping my fingers crossed! Best wishes for you as well.
Thanks, Trapper best wishes to us all - amazing the things we could do to improve our communities and charities with extra $. And tell the govt we don't need their handouts around here anymore. People can take care of each other.

That's my 2014 resolution.
That's the million dollar question for us all.
I'll say this - in the fall of 2012 I saw the seismic crews and helicopter dropping supplies at pa mile marker 3 on route 22. 10 months later, this past summer 2013, they drilled two wells. I believe they are both Range wells. Seems range moves pretty quick to develop.
I'm with Chk PRAYING I get a letter I've been traded to Range.

I am praying for the same thing, Jason !
