Boundary markers.

Deb Does this have anything to do with a proposed well ? Who would have put the markers there?

Well, that is an excellent question.

Have you or your neighbors leased mineral rights?

Is their a proposed gas line going through?

What is your address? We can look on maps for well site, lease, and pipeline info in relation to your address.

Deb, my neighbors and I are leased except for one. the line goes from Cemetary road to mosier road. The gathering line is approx. 380 yards north on Cemetary road. There are no proposed wells as of this time. I just spoke with my land man who advised the line has something to do with wet lands. He could not give me any more info. The markers were put in place within the last two months the pipeline was completed in Dec. 2012. this is the Scoonover gathering line.

You'll see wetlands and water courses "delineated" (and marked) as part of the development process.  Perhaps this is what you are looking at as opposed to a property line.

Tug, that could be. The line goes into the woods from Cemetary road and comes out to Mosire road between a home and a small shack. I am unable to really determine if it is a property line. So hopely it is a development process.

probably pipeline
