Did we do the right thing ?????

I have foun out that all of the property that surronds our property is under contract with a different company. Will this stop or delay royalties ?????? We held out and got a much higher bonus as well as percentage, but in the big scheme of things if it holds back drilling under the property we it worth it ????????

In Eastern Bradford County I am told there has been lease swapping/ purchase between Talisman and Chesapeake with subsequent drilling unit declaration.  There is a new pad going in and the area is cross patched with different gas companies (EOG also in area) and it seems routine for companies to work unit arrangements as needed.

I signed with Talisman in Jan 2010 and my property has been conveyed to Chesapeake
