our club settled for 25 grand for a valve pad and 15 dollars a linial ft for access rd

thank you...just wondering if a metering pad is the same as a valve pad...just wondering???? anybody clear this up for me?...TY!!!

Viewing it as something no less than a 'sale' is a good start but it may be worth more to you.

a valve pad is about 50 ft x 50 ft when finished lease calls for a 60 ft right of way for the access road

the finished road is 20 ft

this metering pad is 175 x 175...fairly large....does anyone else have anything this large that they have been paid for???thanks for any info
