Current Leasing

I called swepi to see if they were leasing in hermitage, pa. The landman told me that the leasing was pretty much over for the moment. The only place they were still going after was clay twp.

Looking at the recorded leases over the past 16 months, Swepi is only leasing around current well sites to round out their future drilling units. I think that will be their strategy for the time being. Hopefully, once more infrastructure is in place they will be more aggressive with their drilling and leasing programs again. But that could take a year or two.

That seems logical. I also hope that you're right because I'm close to one of them. hehehehehe. Besides why would you want to pay all of those 5 year reinstatement fees?
