I was told last week by the agent that a pad was already being put in place in Jefferson twp.

The land agent said they were already starting for another well.  This property already has a couple wells that are producing, so they don't need to lock the landowner in.l

there are two for our area.  A new one came aboard since Exxon came into the picture and they have split the district.  I have misplaced the new one's card.

Exxon is drilling in Butler under XTO permits.  The following link will take you to the DEP's public spreadsheet that shows permits issued by county for 2011.   You can see the County, Township and even the exact GPS location for the well.  This is updated pretty frequently.  Hope it helps.
