Has anyone received any communication from REX?

We received our form letter from Rex last week.

Ok. I got notification from the post office friday and picked it up monday. We'll see what they do.

My brother was talking to a landman from REX yesterday.  He stated that Rex had plans for two well pads in Northern Concord Township.  He claims the one well pad is just about ready to apply for the permit, while the other one is being held up by the landowner.  Both properties were leased to Swepi.

It'll be interesting to see what permits shoot out.

Jon,

I'm curious what permits come out too. We just received a notification from REX for water testing at the Renick pad in Center Township. They are testing a 4,000' radius instead of the required 3,000'. No new well packet with it, just the water test notification. SWEPI had units made up and had the water checked two years ago and never drilled. We should be finding something out soon.

Regards.

Good to hear that Rex isn't wasting any time getting busy on their new acquisition! Best of luck to our Butler County brothers!

Just curious if there are any "rumblings" and rumors about Clay Township. Anybody heard anything from Rex?

Bill

Jon,

I live in Pittsburgh.  Received my notice from Rex at least a month ago.

Happy!

Joanie
