Hi All, I have property in Butler County and was approached this week by Rexx seeking a ROW for a temporary water line.  Does anyone have any insights as to what I should look out for?  Going rates per foot? Allowable appurtenances, etc.?  My attorney is already commenting on the agreement and has found some things to negotiate, but he also said I should ask other local owners for input. If you are willing to share, any comments are welcome and appreciated!
