All: Just a few thoughts below. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

Division orders: at what time does the company approach the landowners within the unit with division orders? Are division orders always used or is there a similar documentation process?
Pre-Drilling: Other than ensuring a pre-drill water sample is conducted, is there anything else to be aware of or plan for during the pre-drilling phase?

There will be 40 days of drilling, 25 days of fracking, and a dissipation period of around 60 days (this where they let the well rest). Its during this dissipation period when they mail out division statements those who are in the unit. After the dissipation period it take 90 days to get to market.
