John,

Actually I just received a lease contract agreement yesterday from Western Land Services. Although nothing has yet been signed, I am working with a group of landholders in Adams Twp who are close to going with Rex thru Western Land Services. So far the experience has been good, but would be more than happy to talk with you in person.

Thanks for your reply Mike,
Were meeting with Western Land for a possible Rex deal next Tuesday and I'm learning all I can this weekend. We're small, 6 acres but we want to do it right. Think I'll call the neighbors and see what they've heard.

I have 7 acres, but our whole group total is I think close to 250 acres. One reason that we are leaning a good bit towards REX is that they are actually doing quite a bit of local drilling already, which should make things happen quicker.

The gentleman that delivered the copy of the contract from Western Land Services was Ken Winkleman.
