Cheaspeake/anschutz lawsuit

Has anyone heard if the judge has made any decisions on this lawsuit regarding the preferential right to renew?

The initial lawsuit was by an attorney in North Canton and cheaspeake counter sued. I heard it was in a federal court in Akron. Haven.t heard anything lately.

I believe the court date is scheduled for June 5th
