Royalties per year from a well on your property.

We have been approached by Chesapeake to place a platform and drilling rig on our farm. We have 160 acres. What is the CURRENT rate being paid for the one time land usage? What is the current yearly royalties being paid?

So the acre amount per month you take times how many acres you own or do you times it the 640 production unit to get monthly royalty figure? I am wanting to know the total amount of money I would make a month on 12.5% royalties.

Based on the Boe of dry gas and the price of wet gas (call it $60/bbl) I get it at 4.28X the value of dry.
