I spoke with a gentleman the other night from Colorado. He said selling price is three to four times the highest land mineral in your are, and ours is around 5000.00 . And also said you can sell part of it or all of it. He would like us to sell part of it to take some of the risk off our shoulders. Sounds like a good sales pitch. But it was first real offer thought some of you would enjoy this info.
