Rt 171 just west of andora

I noticed what looks like a pad being built on south side of 171 just west of Andora. I question whether it's a pad since it would be ~1/2 mile north of the Schmuck pad which is already built and drilled. Any ideas???

That is a water containment pond. The water lines seem to be running in two directions from the pond. not sure exactly where yet, other than to the Schuck well pad.
