In the area on Saturday and they were taking down rig and transporting it out...My first post, have enjoyed reading posts for a couple months now...

The Slates well has 3 wells drilled according to ODNR: (Well is located in Southern Carroll County, Loudon township, the tip of the southern laterals just crosses into northern Harrison county) Per ODNR below:

1H Drilled

3H Drilled

5H Permitted

6H Drilling (Must be done, as they are moving rig)

8H Drilled

10H Permitted

Noted ribbons along 164 for pipeline I assume, no construction of pipe line noted. Also noted no retention pool for fracking. Interested to see if anyone knows about pipeline for this area, noted several pads and at least one other rig close by...

Interested to see how well produces as it is six to seven miles almost directy north of the Buell well.

Best of luck to the landowners and community...Exciting for Ohio...Do not think these companies are spending (B)illions without some level of comfort in area, IMHO...

Do not give into the negative posts, be patient and keep posting...Thank you to all!

Drove by area this week, currently fracking the site. All 6 wells drilled according to odnr. Still see markings for pipelines, but I did not see any action in that regard.

i wonder if gulfport is doing a larger fracks or if southern area is that much better. lots of drilling in this area by chesapeake.

Anyone know about pipeline buildout in this area?

Interesting they had large plastic black tubing running to pad site to supply The fracking water.
There are several wells going in along 164, any information about pipelines going to these wells?
So i drove by again today, they are currently putting in pipeline in property adjacet to well... Hopefully we are getting closer to production. Several markings along 164 for pipelines to some of the other wells on 164.
also series of six large holding tanks on the well pad.

in case anyone hadnt heard, chesapeke is  going to put a compression station about a mile and a half from kilgore, towards perrysville,on the old schoolcraft farm directly on 164
