Also Herron Trust in Butler permitted. In West Twp you have four producing wells 3 at Airyview 1 at Henderson which are south close to 30. You have the Teegarden Pipeline coming up as far as Butler Twp to Winona Rd so really easy to add extension to Knox Twp. Also there is a permit in Southern Mahoning for Mahar on 45 just North of 165 that we have seen recently activity there. Drilling pipeline both? Altenhof near Rt 9 and 172 getting pipeline Teegarden already mentioned. Also getting rig soon we think. The question is what is in the ground between the producing wells to the south and Sanor. No wells in this "gap" yet but now with pipeline I see potential for activity. Only time will tell. Are there Anschutz leases in that area? Has that been resolved. There are 4-5 permits and an abandoned pad off Calla Road. Rumors but no facts that these were Anschutz leases acquired by Chesapeake but then challenged in court. Its been over a year but I have not heard the outcome there. Feeling any hope yet?

Most of the adjoining acreage in my area in knox twp is enervest for shallow and what ever deal they made with CHK for the deep rights.  Not all is HBP, so of the CHK was purchase from trinity during their leasing spree.
