Just blue. Although that is interesting to note what the blue and white meant. I've figured out that the pink ribbons means road work, so now I want to know what the blue could mean. The drill pad work has began in the area and it has blue ribbons throughout it.

Does the stakes say LOD ? If so, I think it marks the "limit of destruction" or outer perimeter of dirt moving.
