Brinker storage law suits

Anything on the brinker storage law suits? their was to be a ruling on 10 24 12. have not read or heard anything.

I HEARD A RUMOR ! HICORP IS SENDIND OUT LEASE PAPERS TO SIGN NEXT WEEK.

Judge has not made ruling as of yet.  He heard arguments and wanted a chance to read the briefs which he had not done at the time of the hearing.
