Butcher Rd., Salem Township Road Markings

Does anyone know what the markings on the road mean? They also run along Lisbon-Canfield Rd. heading south from Butcher.

I understand a proposed well site is planned on the Mangus Farm property. The lines represent the horizontal laterals from the well site SE to Rte 344.

Oh, ok that would make sense...MAN is written there. Our property lies just east of that. Do you know if there are any other proposed sites in this area? Thanks for the info! I heard there might be one on the Stouffer property.
