Dye Well

Does anyone have an update on this well? The last I heard, both laterals were put into production in March and we should have gotten our first royalty check this month. Does anyone have any info on this well and what is going on?

Called chk.they said dye well not on board yet division orders and checks probably by end of Aug or beginning of September

People in Dye well 10h have received checks for production in march, april, may. Not sure about 5h.

I'm on 10h and haven't received anything and neither have any of my neighbor's

I'm on 10h, along with my brother, sister, dad and grandma. Out of all of us, my sister is the only one who received a check from the Dye well 2 weeks ago.

My grandma received division order papers today.

Says property DYE 19-14-3 5H

So is 5H the south lateral?

Says effective date:3-6-14 GAS and 3-27-14 Oil

Unit gross acres: 593.719073

She lives right beside me. No division orders in my mailbox today. Maybe later this week.

No kelly 10H is the south lateral. Odd north even south.

Anyone above McCallister Road is probably in 5H except right there at the corner possibly.  Wells actually run SSE and NNW not north and south.  Also not exactly NW and SE but that is what most people write on here.  They are about 12 degrees west from north and east from south so not truely NW and SE either.

So I'm hoping you guys can help me decifer this one. My grandma got her division orders for this well and the lateral says 19-14-3 5H. Her paperwork says she has 38 acres on that well. She received her first royalty check from the Dye well yesterday and it is for $25.09!

I'm looking over her paperwork to try and figure this out. It doesnt make sense to me why this would be so low.

Often times on chesapeake div orders the acreage figure they state is the lease acreage. So the 38 acres may be the total lease but only a portion lies in the 5h or the northern unit, the remaining portion of the lease may be in the southern unit, or 10h. Or it may be in neither unit. Post the decimal of interest and her lease royalty and I can tell you what lies in the unit.

Lease Roy Rate is 12.5%

Unit interest says .00008044 (is that the number you are looking for?)

She has a very small amount in with a decimal starting in the one hundred thousandths. On the orders it will say acres leased then acres included. I have 3 acres in the Andrullis and my Decimal is much larger
