Hey check paperwork says 5H, so that is the North unit. I looked at the plat map for that well and she does have a very small portion in that area. You can barely see her number on it.

My sister is only on the south unit, which is 10H and they have received 2 checks so far. I am only on 10H and I havent received anything.

JUNE Production Royalty Checks received by some for Lateral 10H yesterday.

Hi Mtn Jack from Beaver county here. If I am out of place here I am sorry. If I am understanding you people,are you only getting paid if you are drilled under by a lateral? Or do you get paid for all laterals in the unit? My understanding in Pa. Is we share in all laterals in the unit,even if they go the other way from our property.Thamk you in advance. Mtn Jack

Hi,

The full pooled unit gets paid. You do not need to have the lateral under your property to receive royalties.
Its the same as in PA.

A side note, my brother and grandma got a check from the 5H lateral. My sister is the only one out of our family who has received a check from 10H and she has received 2!

I wonder when the rest of us on 10H will get our checks?

Each one is its own full pooled unit, but they could have been one large 1280 unit.

Do you know if your sister was in the ALOV group which had a time period specified for receipt of royalties after sales in that lease?  Other leases may not have this specified and to my knowledge there is no law in Ohio about how long they can take to pay.

My lease says I have to be paid within 90 days and I haven't been paid on the Andrullis. That well showed it was on line for 18 days in the 1st quarter report. I'm hoping that means it went on right before the report close date.
Either way I'm going into my 5th month with nothing.

Same here. Our lease says 90 days after the start of production. 10H has been producing since mid March and I have yet to receive anything. 90 days would have been the end of July.

Some Dye 10H landowners have received a second royalty check for June production.  Check received at the end of August.
