Lease bonus price info online for Ohio...Shale Gas Insiders

Has anyone heard of this site called Shale Gas Insiders (www.shalegasinsiders.com )?  They seem to have pretty good info on Ohio lease bonus prices in the Utica.  They have a table breaking down all Ohio counties in the Utica play and a general going rate for leases in that county.  Other articles too.  Any info would be helpful, thanks.  The site is www.shalegasinsiders.com

That's a nice site but frankly the only offer that really matters to a landowner is the real one being offered to them.  I have a ton of connections in two of those counties and I can tell you that the prices are off, one of them by 100%.  So while it's a good informational source I think most landowners are better served using attorneys and neighbors rather than a website.  Just my two cents.
