Lease recording?

Was anybody else in the Buckeye Mineral lease group that signed in Feb?  The signing was held at an old school near Salem.  Anybody from that group get paid yet?  How can you tell if your lease was recorded?  I live near the Janie (sp?) well in Washington Twp.  Looking forward to some $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I received a letter from Buckeye letting me know we are on the list for checks to be released this week. Buckeye holds on to the signed pwk till you inform them that you have received your check and deposited to clear the bank. They then release the signed lease to CHK to sign , record and send your copy by certified mail as well as a bill for their services.  I believe Buckeye does it this way as to not have the situation you do ME. Hope they get your check to you soon.

I got my check today. I am now officially a gas baron! I will be wearing a top hat and a long tailed smoking jacket from now on. Hmmmmm. My truck needs washed. Maybe I'll go buy a new one!
