Lessors Beware: Terrible Changes Proposed to Ohio’s Unitization Statute

Hidden in a massive budget bill introduced last month are proposed changes in Ohio law that could rip away an important provision of many mineral rights leases, warns Alan D. Wenger, chair of the oil & gas law practice Group at Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell.
