I saw where they were surveying on Shelton Rd in butler township, Columbiana county. This was on the farm where there is talk of Bright Rock Energy putting a new well pad. The guy I saw had a truck that said county engineer on the side. Just wondering what they may be doing ? They put in a couple stakes with ribbons close to the road and they also put some ribbons on the telephone poles.
