Last night I saw about 10 water trucks at the old Value City store parking lot in Alliamce and also about 4 trucks at the gas station in Westville. Does anyone know where they are hauling all the water to and why they are parking at the value city store?

 I am thinking that maybe they are getting the water from a fire hydrant at Value City and hauling it to the Sanor well but I don't know this for sure.
