I took a short drive up Cream Ridge to see if I could spot the Reed well.....cannot see it from the road...but went down to Y Camp Rd and noticed the well pad there looks finished. No activity but a locked gate and a large erected wall apparently to shield the neighbors from the noise, dust lights etc I suppose. Kernich well I believe. Looks like three wells to be accessed from basically one road. This one, Reed and the one further on  down what is really Darner....Morris well.  Just wanted to post latest observations......

I must pass you as I drive around the countryside!  LOL   Obviously I am not the only obsessed one.  We should meet for a beverage. LOL

Linda,

Are you saying, "The Kernich Well pad is complete - fenced and locked " ?

The wall also prevents spilled liquids from escaping into our local waterways.

I have added Google Map links to identify the wells that you mention on each wells discussion thead.

US,
The gate to Kernich is shut and locked. There is no activity otherwise currently that I saw. Around the site is a metal chain link looking fence, possibly with wire on top.....it's hard to tell from the road. But the additional fence is a tall wooden barrier around the east and north sides only.

Dr J, we probably have passed each other...pretty funny. Yeah I have been pretty interested to see the progress. We should meet sometime at the Lock 24 or Shale Inn for a cool one, or even coffee.....

I have learned a lot from you all on here so I figure it's only right I share with you folks my observations. I cannot contribute in gas expertise but can help in this way.
