Geauga County Landowners

Eastern Geauga Landowners was formed recently as a not for profit group of Geauga County landowners interested in uniting landowners to share our knowledge and to promote a safe and profitable drilling experience. To date we have included over 7000 acres in our data base . We have teamed with Mr. Bob Rea of Buckeye Mineral Develoment LLC to negotiate with the oil and gas companies for the most favorable lease terms for our landowners. We have held two public meetings at the Middlefield Sale Barn and expect to hold another in Parkman at the end of January.  The Utica Shale play is going be an extremely important economic boost to our neighbors, our townships, and our county, and should be dealt with the utmost education and patience. Mark Mcgrail,What is so bad about buckeye mineral/Bob Rea. Best thing going(LAND GROUP) in this erea in my opinion!! I would like to hear from you, the land groups that are better than buckeye mineral.

Mark,  I have read the lease and several others, and nothing compairs to the ALOV LEASE. I,m sure any one could right a better lease but what oil and gas company is going to agree with it, WAKE UP!!!!.. For the 60 dollars it cost me to join ALOV I dont believe that anyone can go wrong,even if I dont sign with them. I dont know what lease you are reading but the ALOV lease is availible online.You really need to look at some of these other landgroups/FLIPPING COMPANIES in the erea such as N.E.L.A./WISHGARD, maybe then you will stop bad mouthing ALOV/BUCKEYE MINERAL. Further more Buckeye mineral charges 2 3/4 percent of the signing bonus with the same exact lease as ALOV. BEST THING GOING IN THIS EREA!!!!!

What day is Bob Rea coming to Parkman Community House again?  Does anyone know?  Is it Monday the 30th or Tuesday the 31st?  and what time?

Over 250 people attended the Eastern Geauga Landowners meeting last night held in Parkman. It looks like things are happening in Eastern Geauga County! I received a call today in my office from a realtor that is flying in from Texas to find property for his clients in our area. Must be the wet gas. We are going to assemble our acreage through March 31st  and then  begin negotiations with drillers.
