Just a heads up, HG Energy is working on a drilling unit in Gilmer County, somewhere in DeKalb tax district.  All or most of the property that will be affected is already leased up with very old leases, so they are asking people to sign modifications of those old leases.  Because they are asking for a modification of an old lease, they aren't offering a whole lot of money to sign.  I'm trying to change that.  I've spoken with three different groups of people already who have received offers from HG Energy, and I'll be negotiating for some of them.  If you'd like to work together, let me know.
