Finding physical location of land having Prperty records without going to county records office

Does anyone know how to go about finding out where a property actually is having the Greene Co Property records. I have the Doc number, Type, Liber, Page etc but cannot get the physical address. I cannot physically get to the records office and all the internet search I do never gives the physical adderss.  

Also, how can a decleration of pooling get refiled without notifying all the grantees? EQT filed a decl pool this year as grantor to a group including my mother who is now deceased and neither my sister or myself were ever notified of the lease itself or the filing in May this year ? ? ?

It looks to me as if you need a good lawyer.  First, wouldn't EQT be the grantee and your mother and the group be the grantors.  I think the owners of rights are the grantors, and the leaseholder is the grantee,  Second, there may be an issue with probate of your mother's estate.  Somebody needs to inform EQT that your mother is deceased and that you and your sister are her heirs.  If you did not do that, it may be why you were not notified.

But you have probably figured this out since August.
