 i ve heard  them. they have land outside of salesville posted for no hunting.  Figure it was land someone owned. That's all ive heard from them. i doubt they have a stronghold  guernsey

Thanks for the reply, Evan! 71 people viewed and did Not reply ... So it's probably a sure bet...B3 Minerals... Is 3 boys who got together went to office max and had some cards printed up, hoping for some strangler unsigned landowner to fall for it.

Not to mention, they never got back with me regarding some references I asked for.

Sometimes, no answer, is the best answer!

Mr. Broadway has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to forming RJR Resources, LLC, Mr. Broadway was a Managing Partner of B3 Bakken Minerals, LLC ("B3"). Thank you for the reply and all the valuable information. No disrespect to B3, however the landman that contacted us offered very little insight into the company, leaving one to question the credibility not only of the landman but also the company in which he is representing.

You're welcome, of course.  The information about B3 and EndeavorOhio.com was obtained from a quick search online.  But, who knows if the B3 mentioned on the EndeavorOhio.com web site is connected to the B3 company/landman who contacted you. 

If the list of leasing agents on the EndeavorOhio.com site does not include the guy who contacted you, then perhaps there is no connection.

You are smart to be skeptical about any person or company until you can get verifiable, real-world information through sources you know and trust.

Endeavor was a "quick search" no doubt. B3 Minerals, LLC on the other hand results in nothing but the sale of vitamins, no mention of oil and gas minerals.

No, the landman than contacted us is NOT listed as a leasing agent on the Endeavor site. Odd, there would be two B3 mineral companies in North Canton, OH.

Seems pretty bad that the landman who contacted you would not be totally transparent and informative about the company he is representing--and the company who supposedly would like to do business with you.
