Permalink Reply by evan on October 26, 2014 at 10:39am That's the Enlink line your speaking of. If they keep their landmen acting the way they do they will never get people to sign anything for them which means no line. This line is going to be to the extreme east side of Guernsey. They wont be picking up anything That's more than 10 miles from this area they said. Not going to be enough wells that far west for many years.
Permalink Reply by evan on November 3, 2014 at 12:47pm No luck here I 've decided to not allow it now. I was thinking I would at first but I'm just tired of the going back and forth. I don't have time for all the drama. I told them what I wanted from the start , they have come up but their still way off from my quote and the landman is saying I have to do my part and come down some. Bullshit. it's my land what I say goes. Our last meeting didn't go so well. I don't know of anyone who has signed as of right now.
Permalink Reply by Philip Brutz on October 26, 2014 at 10:43am I bought land because I love it. It was an easy decision, I said NO. I don't want my land turned into a industrial site. I live in Cleveland, I know what industrial sites look like.

Permalink Reply by Cathy J Zimmerman on October 27, 2014 at 5:04am Good for you Phil! Thought I'd take a nice fall drive and the beautiful landscapes have sure changed. While I am not a bible fanatic I do believe. I can associate so much of this with greed and the vast differences for people that signed in the beginning to now is unbelievable. I worry about the earthquakes and water contamination. I'm down on the Mighty Ohio River and now they are going to drill under it. There's already been a blowout on the other side from this. What will the river do with an earthquake.........?
Permalink Reply by sherry on October 27, 2014 at 5:16am Good for you Phil. Eclipse is such a cut throat company, that I never want to deal with again. They think they own are road!! Now we find out American electric power, put lines up our road just for their dang compression station? But know one else can get it, not fair at all.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
