Well after some recent research it looks like the original ANSHUTZ leases that were sold to Chesapeake are now in the hands of a french company called Total . In the bill of sale it shows they sold some 89% of Guernsey leases. They also sold Wills twnp leases to Devon. Now what to expect with a year and a half left on most of these leases I can't see how or why they would by all these with a short time left..

Isn't Total one of Chesapeake's Joint Venture partners?

I'm not sure, who would know. These companies have so many sister companies its all hard to keep track of. I wouldn't doubt it
