Fracking McClain well

Well they finally are fracking on McClain. They started Friday and said they should be done by Sunday night. This is just one well. I got a good picture of it and in the background you can see the Fritz rig

I thought there was a "resting period" of 60 days or so after fracking before they proceed with flowback. Is this true ?
