Have they started the one (Yoder) on Barker Road yet? Wondering if the Pletcher well  is ever going to be permitted. I was talking to someone the other day (who had received cards to have their water tested for the Pletcher well) and they said water testing had been put on hold for a couple months, wonder why?

Not sure if this would have anything to do with it, but there are a couple of lawsuits pending in Guernsey County Common Pleas Court between landowners in that area and a gas company - the first one has a trial date of August 4, 2014 and the second one's trial date is November 25, 2014.

 This may be the hold up on the Pletcher well (if indeed it is related to the trail dates) not showing up on the ODNR permit list yet.
