Looking to lease my property in Valley township, Guernsey County

Hello, I am having trouble finding companies to lease my property in section 22 of valley township, Guernsey county. They say they aren't interested in Valley for some reason. I was wondering if anyone else has had any luck or knows anyone that is leasing in this area. Thank You, Jason

How many acres?

I personally own 6.25. My neighbors havent signed with anyone yet either. Between all three of us there's about 25 acres.

I'm just throwing this in. I had business in the Piedmont/Moorefield area April 10, 2014. They are doing a lot of drilling up there. A very reliable source told us of a land owner being offered in that area 4.7 million dollars for 200 acres to LEASE his land to them and he said no. That's 23,500.00 an acre. Personally, I would let someone approach me, rather than me hunt someone. I do not know who these guy's are, but they are slowly coming into the area.
