Anyone know anything about Mcgongle Energy? they opened an office down behind Arbys in Cambridge. A guy told me they were leasing in guernsey co. and paying $5250. per acre and 20 % royalties. true or false?

Mcgonigle Energy was a leasing agent for Amarado Oil. I have been told that they are no longer the leasing agent for Amarado but that Amarado has right of first refusal on any lease they sign. $5250/20% was the offer they were making a month ago. I assume it is still their going rate.
