I have 25 acres in Knox township that I would like to lease also anybody could help I'd appreciate it

I would like to know why no one is interested in unleased acres West of Route #285?  American Energy Patners who have their ad in the paper needing personnel and claim to have pruchased all of Shell leases  some of which are West of Route #285 and surrounding unleased land (which I and some others own). How do wwe get their attention?

Mine is right next to 285 and I leased to shell in jan 2012 but they backed out and no one else wants them. Some one said on here about some pieces of land just won't fit into anyone's puzzle. I am starting to believe them. I contacted everyone in the area and no one wants them . So good luck to you. Hope you find someone. If I get phone numbers ill post them. I pitched the ones I had.

I heard from a pretty reliable source that all of Guernsey County would eventually be leased but not a time frame.  Hope it comes true. I also leased with Shell and had it cancelled.  Thanks for your reply.

Same here! I got offered a lease last year and found out I have a shallow well lease that expires beginning of 2015 so they dropped me. Worried I'll get left behind!
